Our Founders

Meet Our Founders, Phyllis & Daniel

Together, Phyllis Cave-Lathbridge and Daniel Addy bring over 20 years of combined experience in elderly care, behavioral health, and social work. Their shared mission is to ensure every client receives compassionate, tailored support that fosters independence and well-being.

Phyllis Cave-Lathbridge

With 11+ years of hands-on experience in senior home care, Phyllis has mastered personal care, medication management, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Known for a 99% patient satisfaction track record, she has dedicated her career to enhancing quality of life for seniors. Phyllis is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, further strengthening her leadership and organizational skills within DanPhilco Care.

Daniel Addy

Daniel holds a Master of Social Work degree (LMSW) with a concentration in clinical behavioral health and substance abuse disorders. His 9 years of direct care experience span geriatric psychiatric inpatient units and group home settings, where he’s provided crisis intervention, therapy, and daily living support. Daniel’s holistic approach integrates compassion, mental health expertise, and proven care strategies to help clients thrive.
